Drop in the CSV files you download from Etsy. We read them right here in your browser — nothing is uploaded, and buyer names and addresses are skipped.

Order Items CSV (needed) · Orders CSV and Monthly statement CSV (optional, for more exact numbers)
Where do I get these files?
- Order Items and Orders: Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data → Orders → choose the CSV type and month.
- Monthly statement: Shop Manager → Finances → Monthly statements → pick a month → Download CSV. Etsy emails you a link.
Menu names can change; if you can't find them, search Etsy's Help Center for "download a spreadsheet of your sold transactions".
Your costs per item
Optional, but without costs a listing's "profit" only takes Etsy fees off. These numbers stay in this browser tab.

How the numbers work
Every fee comes from a dated rule file with its source. If Etsy changes a fee, the rule and the date change — and you can adjust a rule yourself below.
Adjust fee rules (this tab only)
Shop-level costs such as Etsy Ads are taken off your shop total, not spread across listings, because Etsy doesn't tie them to one sale.
